Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after order processing.

  • Cost-effective and reliable.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after order processing.

  • Perfect for urgent orders.

International Shipping:

  • Available to select countries (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia).

  • Delivery: typically 7–14 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate of $7.99 for all orders, including U.S. and international shipping.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs/import fees. Check your local regulations before ordering.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days. Orders after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

  • Lost or Damaged Orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at inscentivecontact@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier or provide a replacement/refund as needed.


Returns, Changes & Cancellations

Returns:

  • Accepted for unopened, undamaged products within 30 days.

  • Contact inscentivecontact@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.

  • Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Order Changes/Cancellations:

  • Requests accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a refund.
